...... Coming Together as One, We Are South O'Brien! ...........

Twelve South O’Brien students will be published in Harvest. Harvest is published by Northwest AEA each spring and contains creative writing, poetry, and artwork by K-12 students from schools in Northwest Iowa. Books may be purchased for $10 by contacting Northwest AEA. The list of students may be seen on the Awards page - look for it under the Academics tab above.

Dinner Theatre Video
Lori Heemstra recorded both nights of Dinner Theatre and is willing to share with anyone who wants a copy. If interested, you need to get or send a DVD-R with a case and your name on it to Lori and she will make you a copy. It’s very important that it is DVD-R. Please communicate directly with Lori about this - no one at the school is involved in this arrangement.

Prom is May 3. Parents, please sign the completed permission form for the After Prom Party and send it to school with your child. Extra forms are available in the HS Office.
