Seating times are 11:00 am to 12:15 (meals need to be concluded by 12:25 due to students needing to return to class).
Please make your reservation by calling the high school office at 712-949-3454. Students and staff should sign up in the office and pay at that time. The limit is 50 reservations for each meal. You must make your reservation(s) at least two days in advance.
Cost is $5.75. Tip is at your discretion.
Since this is a classroom situation, you will be asked to fill out a comment card each time you dine.
Mrs. Muller's classroom is in the lower floor of the south wing of the high school in Paullina. The best way to enter is to park on the basketball courts on the South side of school and enter through the double doors east of the kitchen. If you need assistance entering the building or walking on the stairs, please share that information when you make reservations.
Students in the class take turns being head cooks while the rest assist and wait tables.
